• Mode of payment i.e. ATM transfer, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, Bank transfer, Cheques, demand draft will be intimated by our executive priorly, if possible.

• We are intermediary who book and arrange all services for our client. The services are provided by the service providers such as hotels, airlines etc for which we do not have control on there quality and you are requested to speak to them directly for any service related issues
• The child of 02years will not be given any land services.
• The package will be complimentary for the child between 02+yrs to 05 yrs.
• We do not provide any porter services

• Any delay or cancellation of program due to weather or other reasons will not be eligible for any refund.
• Change of routes by aircraft at the last minute due to any reason will be handle be handle by the guest directly at the airport, as we lose control over the ticket 
• Please make sure you follow the timings given by the driver and guide for all the services and transfers. In case you fail to follow the timings, the Driver will leave for which no refund will be given
• Hotels suggested in the itinerary can be changed and will be equivalent or more to the one given to you in terms of price as per the official rate sheet of the hotel.
• The hotel will give the room double or twin as per the availability for which we have no control, the said is between the client and the hotel (bedding type availability )
• We book the room in a certain room type. Any kind of upgrade or downgrade given to the client by the hotel is as a dispute between the hotel and client for which we have no control. Also, any kind of amenities or services not provided by the hotel will be a dispute between the hotel or airline and the client
• We book basic room in the hotel booked by us unless specified the room category.
• The above tour cost is calculated as per the current taxes, visa charges and other charges as per the current date. Any change till the time of departure. Any additional cost of such nature will have to be taken care by the client.
• Any kind of disputes or refunds will not be verbally accepted. We will require the invoice, slips and requisite document with details to be able to process any refunds
• Any kind of delays in flight such as fog or technical problem Is not the responsibility of LTCyatra and any kind of hotel cancellations and no shows will be the responsibility of the client
• Any disputes are subject to jurisdiction at the Delhi court of law.
• Over and above the cancellation policy as mentioned above. If there is any extra or additional cancellation policy of airline, cruise, hotels etc. the client will be responsible for the same and have to be paid by the client. There are also some tickets that are 100 percent non refundable which is also to be taken care by the client.
• Any form of confirmation in terms of email, verbal with advance payment will be treated as confirmation. We also understand that the client accepts the above terms and conditions before confirming the above holiday.

Check In & Check out Time is as per Hotel Policies (Early check in is Subject to Availability and might attract Extra Cost as per hotel policy)

Ø  Meal timings are fixed Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels and meals served as per the hotel menu whether it is Buffet or Al-Carte. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible. In case you will not be present in hotel at that time then your meal will be served in parcel solely depends upon hotelier.

Ø  In few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in such places are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.

Ø  Guests can avail only those services that are mentioned in confirmation voucher. Any Add-ons, Changes/Upgrades in arrangements, Pick up/Drop other than the stated location will be based on additional expenses. 

Ø  Transfers must be followed as per the instructed time of the transporters. In case, customers miss their respective transportation services, alternatives arrangements will attract extra cost. 

Ø  Travel Studios will not be reliable for any changes made by Third Party Providers i.e. Transportation, Hoteliers etc.

Ø  Travel Studios shall not be responsible for any delays due to technical faults, Heavy Traffic Jam or unforeseen situations. In “Unforeseen” scenarios extra cost may also be levied over the customers.

Ø  Adventure Activities will be subject to Season/Off Season and subject to availability as well.

Ø  Kindly carry confirmation Voucher, ID Proof,  Volvo Tickets , Flight Tickets etc (if included in Package)

Ø  The customers are recommended to read the Confirmation Voucher carefully and approve it within 24 hours of issuance. Any errors shall not be entertained during the tour.  

Ø  The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement based on the availabilities of hotel, transport and whether condition etc.
